A literary fest named Melange was organised at NIS to celebrate art and culture encompassing the theme of five elements of nature. Students across classes participated in the fest and explored their creativity and literary skills .It was a one of a kind experience for the students and teachers .
On National Sports Day, we at NIS conducted an inter house sports competitions on a category wise from grade 6 to 12 and following is the brief note on the event
The event was held between 9 am to 3 pm with lunch break in between from 12:30 to 1:15 pm, Students were asked to assemble on ground post assembly accompanied by Teachers.
Students were categorized based on grades and were divided into two categories i.e boys and girls from grade 6 to 8 formed Junior Category while 9 to 12 formed senior Category .In totals it was planned to conduct 28 matches according to timing However we were successful in completing 25 matches in total within the scheduled time. Games and events conducted.

Overall the event was successful, All my peers on ground did a wonderful job by encouraging their house, students etc.
I would like to thank the Management, the Principal, teachers and students for supporting and doing their best in the event.
