At NITTE, we educate to equip our students for a challenging world with a paradigm shift from traditional teacher centric classroom to student centric approaches. The primary teaching classroom stands out as a very dynamic environment where students from different backgrounds with varying abilities
and personalities are brought together. In our primary section, teachers and students play an equally active role in the learning process. The teacher’s primary role is to train and facilitate student learning, along with overall learning and to measure student learning through both formal and informal forms of assessment. A key aspect as part of a course for primary teachers is to keep oneself well informed of the developments in the field.

Coordinator Middle Section
Learning I believe is based on the fundamental principles of life; teaching the children to be courageous, confident, disciplined, responsible and loyal. The team at Middle School provides a foundation of life time learning as we empower our children to be thinking minds. We as a team remain committed to our endeavor.
Coordinator Secondary Section
As a coordinator, I am responsible for managing the secondary school team. I ensure in supervising and delegating tasks to the team to reach its goals in a timely manner.
As an Oxfam YLAC Coordinator, I organize and conduct preordained activities with club members. At Oxfam, we initiate discussions and encourage its members to voice their viewpoints. We also sensitize students on the idea of equality and drive the students to create an egalitarian society.
As an Alumni Coordinator, I help in the working and maintenance of the school portal and student relation.
Coordinator Senior Secondary Section
Our teachers are our greatest strength. Under the guidance of our highly qualified and experienced faculty, a wide array of subjects is offered both in Science and Commerce streams. Through their committed and collaborative mentorship, our students evolve and grow holistically . At NIS, we aim at helping our students to realise and unleash their true potential to set foot firmly on the path of lifelong excellence . Our students are given exposure to a multitude of scholastic and co-scholastic activities including ATL, MUN sessions, SEWA.projects, cluster tournaments and special coaching classes for competitive exams in Science, to name a few. With a reasonably good teacher student ratio, we are able to understand and address the unique needs of each child, provide timely feedback and foster a supportive learning environment. As the coordinator of the Senior Secondary section, I ensure effective implementation of the curriculum, syllabus and assessment policies for senior secondary students.

NiS is equipped with Atal tinkering lab, a part of Atal innovation mission. It is a unique initiative to embed problem solving innovative mindsets in high school children. ATLs are facilitating transformational changes in technological innovation and pedagogy.
NiS aims at developing scientific temperament and innovations among students in the field of science and technology.
External Competitive Exam Incharge
Olympiads are not merely competitions, they are seen as the meeting places of the brightest young minds of the world. Our School encourages students to actively participate in talent search examinations conducted by the Silverzone Foundation. I help in conducting the International Olympiad and Spellbee at NiS. These platforms encourage students to develop their logical and creative ability, while getting exposure to competition at a global level.
Specialised examinations like the Green Olympiad helps children to become environmentally conscious, while the CSC Olympiad identifies talent in the realm of cyber security.
Activity Coordinator & External Examination In-Charge-Secondary & Senior Secondary Section
At NIS we like to impart not only academic knowledge, but the overall development of children. To bring about this change , co-curricular activities are being included in the curriculum. Every year our students participate in activities like singing, dancing, theatre, debate, with full enthusiasm and passion. This helps our students to excel in various fields and develop life skills.

Teaching does not need to be limited to textbooks and blackboard. With fun activities for kids, learning in school becomes an interesting and enjoyable exercise. This leads to all round development of children and make them achieve their maximum potential.
