Event Faq

Participation in the event is subject to entry confirmation. Where your application is not confirmed for any reason, the application fees paid by you will be refunded on or before (Date). An amount of ₹150 will be deducted as processing charges. You will be required to provide your bank details on a link provided by the event’s registration team. Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the event registration team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained post (Date to be mentioned)
Once your application is confirmed the application cannot be cancelled and the amount would not be refunded.
Once you have applied for a particular race category, you cannot change your race category.
Yes, you will get a finishers medal on race day by showing your run bib post finish. Provisional timing results will be available online on(Timing Partner Name, Finish Time and Timing).Timing certificates will be available to download from (Timing Partner website ) after XX working days from race day.
No. An individual can apply only for one race in the Event. An application form received with two options chosen, will be rejected. Multiple applications will entail all being rejected.
No. All participants must come to the Expo to collect their Bibs.
Entry to the event is Non-Transferable. If any of the participant is found not wearing the running number bib allotted to him/her, the participant registered for that bib will be disqualified from the race.
No, We will not be able to replace any bib once it has been collected from our end. In case, of Group entry, please get in touch with Point of contact of your Group.
No. Requests for registration will not be entertained post closure of respective registration dates.
Minimum age eligibility as on race date is as per details mentioned on the website.
The registration fee paid is for your race category participation in NITTE School Run. The registration fee covers goodies/race day tee etc. that are offered, directly or indirectly, by the Promoter/Event Sponsor/Partners
An online applicant can pay ONLY via credit card, net banking, debit card.
Post closure of registrations, individual applicant will receive an e-mail or sms confirming registration.

Your application can be rejected on any of the grounds listed below. A regret email will be sent to the email ID mentioned in the form spelling out the reason for not accepting your application.
  • Incomplete form submitted
  • Waiver not signed
  • Applicant is underage for the race chosen
  • Mutilated form/cheque/demand draft/currency notes submitted
  • More than one application form received from the same applicant
  • Short receipt or non-receipt of application fee
  • Cheque payable at par not submitted
  • Required documents not attached/submitted/submitted documents not valid
  • Cheque or demand draft submitted not cleared by the Bank
  • Running places are full
  • Any other reason
